Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for order placed within the United States. Returns are not accepted for international orders. Buyer pays return shipping. In order to return an item, the item must be in new condition with the product sticker still attached (for packaged products, they must be returned in the labeled bag). While we perform through quality control checks on all of our parts, mistakes can happen. If your part arrives with a defect please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.

Can You Make _____?

Do you have a specific part in mind that we do not make? Please send us a message with the details of what you are looking for and we will do our best to make it a reality. We utilize laser cutting, 3D scanning and printing, vacuum forming and more to manufacture our parts. Check out our research and design page for more information.

Our Guarantee

At Endurolite, we engineer and manufacture our parts to the highest standard. That being said, mistakes, defects and failures can happen. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or have an issue with one of our products, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do whatever we can to make it right and get you back on the road ASAP.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do ship to many countries outside of the United States including Europe, Canada, Mexico, India, and more. Once you proceed to the checkout screen you should be presented with international shipping options based on the address you entered. Please note that we do not accept returns on products shipped outside of the United States.

Where are Endurolite parts made?

At Endurolite we proudly make as many of our products as possible in the United States. This allows us to provide more oversight over the manufacturing and ensure our products are made to the highest standard. Some small electronic and hardware parts are sourced internationally as they are difficult or impossible to source from domestic manufactuers. All sheet metal, 3D printed, vacuum formed, carbon fiber (and more) parts are made in the United States.
